My mostest favoritest cosplay so far; none other than the Vinyl Scratch herself! The pony of 2 seconds screen time! I am crazy!

But honestly, this was the funnest cosplay I've done so far. Not only did I collect a nice amount of hugs and photos, it brought me friendship with a ton of new brony friends /)^3^(\

I recoloured the wig myself, completely cut up and changed a shirt, bought some shorts and created the glasses from a base.

Don't forget to check out my other photos, and other art! And comments are greatly appreciated, I like tips on what you'd like to see improved!

Looks great!

Might I ask where you got the wig? I'm trying to put together a Vinyl Scratch Cosplay myself.

I searched for short light blue wigs, picked one I though would work best, and coloured the darker parts with a sharpie! It was easy, efficient, I got the streaks exactly where I wanted them, and they looked like they'd always been there. The coloured parts felt a bit wet and gross at first but dried up to look glossy and great! Definitely recommend using sharpie over dye or extensions. Haven't tried washing the wig yet, only thing I'm afraid of is the blue runs into the lighter parts, but with short wigs knots don't tend to be a problem anyway.
Furthermore the wig was only $25 at most I think? I'm afraid I've lost the link to this exact wig but there's many blue wigs out there, don't worry ^_^
Good luck with your cosplay!

Boy, it took me a long time to post again.

Anyway, just wanted to thank you for the advice. I haven't gotten around to doing the wig (I got one from ebay that already had both dark and light blue in it), but I did make a pair of glasses just like yours. I've gotten so many compliments on those glasses at Bronycon and Otakon (Even Lauren Faust complimented them. I almost died).

So thank you!

Really? Did... You have any way of giving me credit? Just, you know... But glad to hear they were liked.

Not at that time, unfortunately. It was in an autograph line, and it was literally a few seconds. Sorry :(

Though whenever someone asks about them, I do give props to you.
